Supplies Needed: Volunteer Folder, Attendance Sheet, Red Pen, Stamp/Pad, Files, Answer Book
Mark the attendance sheet with any absences. A=Absent (Blank=Present)
After the students place their work in the folders, go through the folders one at a time.
Remove each student’s homework from the front of the folder.
If the student has a 1-minute fact sheet that has a star on it, stamp the front page of the folder.
(Place all starred sheets in the blue file for me to check over.)
Write +5 on each complete lesson. Mark the attendance sheet with the points.
Place the lessons in the back pocket.
(If a lesson looks incomplete or sloppy, place it in the blue file unmarked for me.)
(Place the attendance sheet and any take-home tests to be checked in the blue file.)
Return all files to the rack. (I will file all math facts, quizzes and tests later.)
Sharpen math pencils if there is time...
New EVEN lesson presented (I will write on the board which questions you are stamping.)
